NETL Sensors & Controls Roundtable

in

NOTICE: As of result the current budget impasse and temporary shut down of the US Federal Government, federal employees are under restrictions.  Due to uncertainty, we are canceling the Sensor and Control Roundtable that was planned for October 9 and 10 in association with the Future of Instrumentation International Conference.  We will reschedule this forum for a later date and notify of you of future events.  We appreciate your interest in the Roundtable and your understanding of the situation.

NETL's Crosscutting Research Program will be leading a Sensors & Controls Roundtable Discussion in conjunction with the 2013 IEEE Future of Instrumentation International Conference (FIIC). The roundtable will be held immediately following the conference on October 9th from 2PM- 5:30PM and continue the following morning, October 10th from 8:30 - noon.  The focus of the discussions will be on the current status of sensor development and the emerging measurement and control needs of the industrial stakeholders and equipment manufacturers.

If you are planning on attending FIIC, then we invite you to stay after and participate in the Roundtable Discussions on October 9th and 10th.  If you can only attend the conference, then please refer to the FIIC website for arrangements and location information.

Should you plan to attend the Roundtable Discussions that follow the conference, please note that while there is no fee to attend the roundtable alone, we would like to request a response in order to plan accordingly and develop an appropriate agenda.  Again, these discussions will take place at the FIIC facilities following the close of the conference.

If you have questions please let us know by responding to Robie Lewis (robie.lewis@netl.doe.gov) and/or to Dale Cunningham (curtis.cunningham@netl.doe.gov).

Thank you for your continued support.
